The Europe and its leader United States of America has always been seen boosting for its people enjoying right to freedom of expression which they claim that it is exclusive feather on their cap which rest of world is devoid off. Most of us are often lead to believe this version of the story of the much enjoyed right to freedom of expression. This right of freedom of expression is considered as one of the pillars of the modern European Democracy. They donot spare Prophets and Saints and spite venomous and lies upon them and on being protested take shield of this holy right to express. See the other side of the story reverend Helen Thomas, a legendary journalist, a sitting Buddha of White House who has worked for 70 years incessantly in the field of jounalism and only in White House for last 50 years was forced to retire just because she expressed what Isreali lobby in Europe and America doesnot want to listen. Anyone is forced to believe that Isreal has been made more holier to European and American people even more than Jesus Christ pbuh even against their will. You can speak against anyone even Jesus pbuh but not against Isreal.
Helen Thomas, the Ex-White House Bueareau Chief worked for United Press International till 2000 when she joined Hearst Newspapers. She starting covering white house right from 1961 and has till now covered 10 Presidents of United States. She has been author of number of books also. The career journalist has just recently celebrated her 89th birth day with President Obama.
On 27th of May 2010 on jewish heritage day she was asked by one Rabbi David Nesenoff to comment about Isreal to which she said, “
“Tell them to get the hell out of Palestine,” she replied.
“Remember, these people are occupied, and it’s their land. It’s not Germany, it’s not Poland,” she continued. Asked where they should go, she answered, “They should go home.”
“Where’s home?” Nesenoff asked. “Poland, Germany and America and everywhere else,” Thomas replied.
This is what she said, she was rebuked by White House officials, and White House spokesman Robert Gibbs denounced her comments as “offensive and reprehensible”. Her publisher has reported not to work with her any more. Even a High School where she was invited to attend her as guest has replaced her name with some other so and so forth.
Question arises what wrong has Mrs. Helen Thomas said, “Is not Palestine an occupied land and its people subjected to worst kind of brutality and terrorism on the hands of immigrant jews? Who are original residents, a majority of muslim Palestinians arabs and a small minority of indigenous arab jews, rest of the jews are all those who were kicked out of Germany, Poland and other European nations by Nazis and later ones from Russia. They are settlers who continue to grab the land and property of indigenous Palestinian arabs. What is truth beyond that and what is the problem if someone suggests that the settlers should go back to their nation states wherefrom they have come. This is the line of action which many Jewish Rabbis are calling for. Why is it when people in Denmark speak lies about Prophets whole of the west is coming forward to defend it in the name sacred right to free expression but when even truth is said about Israel even their own citizens are not spared. It seems that United States and the countries in Western Europe has become hostage to Zionist lobbies who not only commit brutalities on the civilian population of Palestine but also infringe upon the rights of the citizens of Europe and US clandestinely who wish to speak truth. Europe who created cancer in the Muslim World by creating a Zionist State has itself become hostage to Zionism. Few years back I had a chat with an American Couple at Pahalgam who clearly said most of the people of America are not with Bush and his policies and we are helpless to do anything.
Muslim World still has a belief in the people of Europe and America despite all odds which we have to suffer for last two centuries on their hands due to the people like Helen Thomas, George Galloway, Micheal Chang, Rachele Corie etc
There is need for whole of the peace loving and truth speaking Europeans and American to stand up to this ghost of Zionism which is not only consuming the peace of world and creating wedges between people but also is infringing upon their so much relished Right to Freedom of Expression.
